Crighton Homes Constructions' Garry Oliver & Shane Coulter are "HIA Greensmart Professional" designers and builders. They have been constructing quality, environmentally sustainable homes, in the Hunter and Central Coast regions for nearly 20 years. Their main focus is on custom designed homes incorporating "Greensmart" design principles of passive solar design, energy and water efficiency, sustainability and lifestyle inclusions.
